This just in: The Sega Genesis was recently upstaged by a new system called the Nintendo 64. Also it turns out that the space shuttle is a bit too expensive to operate and will be retired soon.

I win by playing a really sneaky practical joke on the other side's lawyer.
He really loves to badger witnesses (just mine) with dozens & dozens of
questions about how I communicated them & when...dates...number of
times.
So I emailed a picture to a witness (a friend) last nite.
There was discussion of the trial.....no coaching.....not even any text.
Just something the lawyer will inexorably get the witness to divulge to the judge.....
Court is a very serious thing.
I'm spending a great deal of money fighting over much more.
But one should have fun when opportunity knocks, eh?

It is serious, and stressful.
Just in case your case involves a witness that has recently had a perm, here's a bit of legal "entertainment."
