Winning by suffering - no breakfast for me as I get ready for my MRA (MRI+"contrast drugs") to see if my kidney arteries are blocked. If that's not winning, I don't know what is.

Blood pressure not controlled by 3 drugs aka "secondary" hypertension. They're checking to see if my kidney arteries are clogged which is one cause.
