I'm a fan of Star Trek: Axanar which CBS and Paramount have sued to stop them from making a fan-funded film. Today their pro bono lawyers filed a response to the amended lawsuit. I'm not a lawyer, but to me it's a winner. Amongst other things, they looked in the dictionary for prior use of certain words to counter the copyright claims.
