Map? There is plenty of misinformation on the internet. It's like the old adventure game - full of twisty little passages, all different. There is also an ogre, aka Microsoft, that does not want me and many others to be able to do what we want, in this case remove the lock screen or at least select the image we want. This is annoying businesses as well as the lumpen-proletariat like myself. But I'm following the revolutionary banner and will throw off the chains sooner or later.

What about a mapping program? You know...a little tsr you add to the root that maps what the registry does? Is that against the license?

What version on Windows?

XP, Win8 and Win10 all have versions that let you run a VM of whatever version of the OS you need.
