What do you call someone who has the same name and surname? For example if someone were named Smith Smith. What would that phenomenon be called?

I don’t know, but my first, middle, and last names are closely related.....Awesomely Awesome Awesomeness. Of course, that’s just me. My parents were divinely inspired with foresight.

Sincerely,
Mr. Awesomeness

I'm just registering a victory IRL. I developed a "Medicare Part D" headache which was relieved when I talked to a doctor's office and was told that the drug was billed as "Medicare Part B".

The "young-uns" here don't understand what I'm writing about but you can get a hint by thinking of any encounter you had with overly complex health insurance.

Why not use many different languages in the same sentence or such things as French words but German word order.

Oooh! I never thought of that, for the English-speaking variety! That's a winning idea! Thank you! I'll steal that idea...along with the win

Thank Mark Twain for this classic “But when he, upon the street, the (in-satin-and-silk-covered-now-very-unconstrained-after-the-newest-fashioned-dressed) government counselor’s wife met,”
