Hmmmm.....not as catchy as the ads I remember.Yeah. It's been awhile, so I don't remember exactly how it all went (it went up shortly after 9/11), and it wasn't an official advertisement (I think), but here is it loosely quoted:

So more of them can be killed than what the attack they are allegedly avenging did.
