The streets look like it has been snowing and because it's raining the dog was wet and they all stuck to her. Had to hose them off her when I got home

They're all dopes and have been chastised by being "stoned". (It's amazing how long it took me to realize that 'weed', 'dope' and 'stoned' really described the negative impact of that drug for far too many.
