75F here this afternoon. We are of course enjoying the positive aspect of climate change at the moment.
That would be too hot for a brisk walk.
Unless you've spent a lot of time in a relatively hot/dry climate like I have. I did a brisk walk to get to the garage changing the oil (etc) during the peak of the day with no discomfort. .
Lower humidity is key, of course.
