The good old days when I could still do stuff myself. I pulled the engine out of the trike to replace the gear box. Then I had to pull it out again because the replacement kept jumping out of 3rd.

Got to go, off out for Sunday lunch at a new traditional (???) Perigordine restaurant. We hear good things so it should be a winner

Edit : the link misses out the all time favorite "gisiers"

I remember an episode of Andy Griffith, where Andy and Barney take a trip to the big city (Raleigh NC), where they eat in a fancy French restaurant. They can't read the menu, since it's in French, so Andy just asks for a steak, baked potato, and green beans. Barney didn't want to let on that he didn't know the language, so he just pointed to a couple of items on the menu, and the waiter repeated it in French. It turned out Barney ordered snails and brains.

There were 2 escargot (snail) dishes on the menu today, but no brains. I've actually never seen brains on a menu here though i guess im just lucky there
