That's cuz it's hot.

In REAL upstate NY it ain't a heatwave unless it is the 90s...for 3 days... I think them french Canadian types might be sissies... however I am also guessing anyone on RF reading this, who is from Arizona and Nevada is scratching their head wondering what this heatwave thing is that we're talking about

3 days in the 90s is indeed hot.
And here, it rarely gets below 50% humidity.
NV & AZ people don't even know what humidity is.

I never said that I dislike hot weather.
I always enjoy it because I know how
much I'll miss it in winter.

Hottest I've ever been was 140F in Miami in July
in a building where I spent a rigging a 13,000#
steam engine out of a building. I'd go outside
where it was only in the 90s (temp & humidity)
to cool off. Now that was hot. After a week of
that, I was fatigued...still a sissy though.
