This one though was good news...
Our Taxe Fonciere (housing tax) is €98.00 less than it was last year.
And more good news, it's backdated...
Not by much but the tax man owes us €14.00.

We've never had success with buying online seeds.
They rarely sprout even though well within the use by date
Didn't have a choice with these, they're edamame seeds and they have a short shelf life so they only sell them online. This is my first try with online seeds.
