Pre bacon

Maybe not...

Not far from where i live is a truffle pig. It lives a life of pig luxury, regular food, clean bedding, central heating, daily walks with its owner etc... All for couple of months work every year.

The result of that work is tens of thousands of euros worth of black truffles which pays for the pigs luxury lifestyle

It'll be bacon when it outlives its usefulness as a mushroom snorter.

Nar, it's already years too old for bacon, it should make very flavoursome ham or pork though. Hmmm I'm just fancying a slice of anchaud on fresh baguette

I've committed a grave unforgivable sin against the one true GOD (aka my wife). I raided her Xmas presents and started eating the milk toffees.

Ever had lamb ham? I went to this little town not long back and the butcher there advertised he made his own lamb ham so I got some to try. I learnt the meaning of the word abomination when I tried it.
