Who's going to win the Aussie GP?

The Aussie one has been and gone. Austrian? Verstappen will win, it's a one horse race. Although I heard a rumour that Ryan Gosling has invested a ton of money in the McLaren team so hopefully there might be some competition soonish or more likely Ryan Gosling will go broke.

Winning with the power back on...many things in the fridge will be tossed, but we're assured that the contents of our freezer should be fine...

Winning by being at the local public library for access to the internet and charging of phones, laptops, and backup usb chargers for our electronics...

Winning by having only somewhat minor damage to our pole barn and a number of trees in the derecho that blew through with 80+ mph winds...however, the power is out...how long does frozen stuff stay frozen in a deep freeze with no power? Will probably be losing that stuff ...

I hope the losses are minimal......(food). I pray everyone is in one piece....Good Luck...

We get plenty of poer cuts. The guide we go by is... If the freezer door is kept closed the food inside can stay frozen for up to 24 hours. When the power comes on check the food if its thawed out, use it or throw it, don't re-freeze it. If it's still frozen then bo problems.

And the fridge, if the contents are still feel chilled then no problem. If the temperature has risen to room temperature either use it immediately or bin it.

Photograph and list the food you are throwing, it could be covered by insurance.

I woke up at 4am, turned the heat on and went back to bed and read for an hour and got up which is about usual.

My exception to the black no sugar tea is real Indian chai with water buffalo mike and yummy spices. The last time I had such tea was in India and not from a westernized hotel that served what they called chai but was not.

Not into any flavored teas, use to drink Jasmine, and Earl Grey but I don't even like those anymore
