Here is a hint, a clever trick that perhaps you could use too. When we have had dishwasher problems Paul has always stepped into the breech and washed up by hand.
It's like having a spare dishwasher.

A friend of mine use to get them all the time, I use to do a lot of Calligraphy and he asked me to make him a sign, so I did, and he put it on his front door.... he did not get anymore unsolicited callers after that.....We don't get them here though there is a kingdom hall on Sarlat (25 away).
