I first had japchae back in the early 80s at a Japanese, Vietnamese,
Mexican, Chinese, French, American restaurant in Pontiac MI.
(The owner was a banker from Vietnam. He liked diverse foods.)

Before you go out in the sweltering heat, I have a zoology question for you.

Are kangaroos self-churning?

No need to hurry on a response. I've waited a long time to know and I can wait a while longer.
