I picked some radish yesterday. They didn't make it inside.

Black radish are a different beast from the red ones. Better cooked than raw.
They are about a foot long

Our golden LOVES bananas. She will lick my oat bran+banana dish almost to totally clean whereas other fruit is much less desireable.
They look lethal.
I used to grow them but haven't been able to get the seeds for a few years. They were known as Spanish radish here. I picked them smaller and ate them raw.
Can be used as a weapon i suppose, and they are a touch peppery
