Once I'm up, I'm up for the duration. It won't be until about 9a or 10a (when I'm at work) that I'll be ready to go back to sleep (and then I won't be able to).
When i wake that early and can't get back to sleep i wind up with what i call an over tired headache that won't go until i sleep again.
Fortunately, I'm taking Friday and Monday off, so it'll be like a four-day weekend. That makes today my Friday.
The problem is work.
