I watched a documentary on that place once.... they basically yell ramming speed and slam into the coast to ground the ship for demolition.

That's miserable.
Ares woke up at 7:30 to pee. I gave him a half pill and laid with him until he fell asleep. This is what his psychiatrist says to do if he wakes up early at all; he's prone to fits if he gets up much earlier than 10am.
I don't have any pills, except for some naproxen and a bottle of aspirin. I should probably get some pills. Maybe some suppositories might do the trick.

If you take a suppository to help you sleep, you may want to also invest in a set of plastic sheets.
I read many years ago that surgical steel instruments are made from the steel of scrap ship hulls.
