The last post is the WINNER!

It was on fire when I laid down on it.
The watch measures quality but does not prize quantity. It also picks up possibly medically important data like lower than normal heart rate and Afib that I might miss. So it's something to consider but not toss away discrimination for obsession on what it tells me.
I use mine to track stuff too - heart rate, steps, etc.

While I'm not sure why, after reading this, my brain went numb.

Mornings are usually okay for me, but I find I'm in the worst moods in late afternoon, especially in the summer when it's hot, there's heavy rush hour traffic. It takes me about a half hour or so to unwind (with the A/C on) when I get home. Then, I log on to RF and start screaming again (but in a good way).
Rush hour would make me grumpy, too.

I can see why such a watch is useful for you.

Winning after a short 1 mile walk to the post office...only 2 panhandlers and only 1 was a bit belligerent.... I will be so glad when I retire and never have to be downtown in this city again....
