It is his land. Its literally right off the edge of ours.

There's a dead ash they do need to address. There's a maple growing into our fence that needs to go, too. I'm hoping they leave the others.

If I hear them moving the equipment to the alley, I'll mosey back and make my case.

I have our silver maple on the list to get cut back. Just a trim; the limbs are touching the house, too.

It's technically on city property, so I let them deal with it.

The landlords of the house next door are cutting down all the 'junk trees'. It's a mulberry, and are not well loved by sticks in the mud.

Oh!!! And they make pretty good jam/preserve/compot
