TRUE STORY TIME!
I recently hosted a German friend of mine who visited the US. He was shocked by several things. One thing that shocked him is that we aren't in gunfights in the streets and that we're not constantly ducking behind things. Another thing that shocked him is that we are only about 15 percent African American. He thought all this based on media coverage and commercials from the US (for instance he thought we were around 50 percent African American and we aren't.)
