It's about midnight here, but Good morning to my fellow Americans on RF.

This is what you're probably having for breakfast...

We don't eat much of anything, so a bundle of wheat, some celery sticks, and two kinds of green tea is our standard breakfast.

Vacuum sealed jars are a curse to old men with bad hands.
Young people with abnormally small hands, too.
There are, of course, destructive ways to open them.
Most of my jars have the seal stabbed on them.
