What kind of probiotics?

How long did it take to help?

Inner Health IBS support. Most of my problems were gone as soon as I started on them. I'd say I'm 95% better. They're expensive.

Trying to work on a cross stitch.

How do people keep the canvas clean while they're working?

I forgot the other thing that upsets my stomach.... tortilla bread. Took me ages to work it out, I thought it must have been the Mexican spices or garlic.

I found out that it's a common IBS trigger, they use something to glue it together and that's the problem.

He'll be ready for pix for selling it soon.
Anyone need a great liveable tow vehicle for 14,000#
trailers that gets 8mpg? He has 7 new tires.
And a cup holder!

Triggers can be hard to find sometimes.

It says that lambs liver is inexpensive. That may be because they do not export it. At least not to the US. I have seen a lot of imported lamb, but never imported lamb liver. Or domestic lamb liver for that matter. In fact beef liver is usually sold frozen because it would go bad in most cases before people bought it.
