I forgot the other thing that upsets my stomach.... tortilla bread. Took me ages to work it out, I thought it must have been the Mexican spices or garlic.
I found out that it's a common IBS trigger, they use something to glue it together and that's the problem.

It says that lambs liver is inexpensive. That may be because they do not export it. At least not to the US. I have seen a lot of imported lamb, but never imported lamb liver.
