I planted more redbuds, black eyed Susans, & milkweed.
But I had to do it in shady areas because the next 10
days are likely to be rain free.

It's still too hot for gardening. The next two days will be hotter still. After that, fall might arrive - now scheduled for mid week but now 10/12 and 10/13 are going to be hot again but so far ~90 so lower than today and Sat/Sun

Armour is actually quite light and easy to move in though vision can be restricted, and going for a pee is not easy.

A local castle puts on medieval weekends where you can eat food of the period, duel with expert swordsmen, try on real armour etc.

Yes I've been full togged up in metal, it's not at all as heavy and cumbersome as it looks

And then of course there is @Revoltingest 's beautiful Lake Michigan and its nice sandy beaches

Those pix of trash are actually from Maine.
How can I tell?
All MI beaches I've seen are clean.
But Maine beaches are frequented by New Yawkers who leave trash everywhere.

Its time to start thinking about painting the car.

I'd been borrowing a car from a friend that had her license taken for epilepsy. She ended up getting it back, but now prefers to drive her parents' truck(and they're willing to give it to her). I'm going to buy the car I've been using from her.

But, now that its mine, the beige/tan color simply won't work for me.

Gotta figure out what I want to paint where.
