well then, why do you want bears
I didn't want bears, you suggested bears would be better to have around.
I guess I wouldn't object to a bear, but they'd have to get along with the cats, and the neighbor on the left side. They're free to disagree with the right side neighbors.

Well....you see.... bears are not very good at following rules and regulations...other than the ones they set themselves....but they do not discriminate.....they would agree and disagree with both neighbors equally,..... but they'd eat the cats...so..... I guess bears would not be a good fit.... that is...if you plan on keeping the cats
Couldn't I find a bear that likes cats but will eat the old jerk who lives next door?

You would need to interview a whole lot of bears and have a large supply of cats
