You should have just walked!The highway is closed because of a crash and they're diverting traffic through town. Took me 30 minutes to get to the butcher shop which is usually a 2 minute drive
Traffic around there sounds terrible.
It's the main highway connecting Sydney to Brisbane. Normally it's ok but if there's a kerfuffle there's a nightmare. They're diverting it from a multi lane freeway to a single lane road through a town so it's a triple kerfuffle.
I would have walked if I had of known about the kerfuffle.
