No, that means you loose. Winning locations don't have that freezing thing.
Freezing is useful....

I didn't say it's not useful. That frozenish stuff up on the mountains looks beautiful, after all.
But places that have freezing do not win. They cannot win because they know freezing. Because they know freezing they cannot win.
