On the right side of their post, there is a little icon that looks leight weighing scales, and you click it. Then you can type something if you want, like why you are giving them frubals, or maybe just a nice little message.

Frubals are a really nice way to let people know that you liked their post. I noticed that the more you give, the more you get.

I hit my knee on my table all the time. I am always running into things.

I was diagnosed with "plica plaheel(?)" at a young age in both knees. In English, that means I have inflimation on the cartlidge I think. I also had a complete tear of my left ACL. (A knee ligament that prevents your knee from hyper extending.)
And my sister, who is a physicians assistant, thinks I also have pinched nerves in both knees. I haven't been to a doctor for this though, as I lack insurance.
