Lately I've been wondering if I have ADD. It really hit me tonight when I was talking to my nephew's girlfriend, trying to pay attention, and suddenly I realized my mind wondered off awhile ago. It also really stuck out to me Monday in school when the teacher asked a question about what she was going over, and I had no idea what she had just went over. And the number one cause of my insomnia is a mind that runs at a hundred miles an hour still even when I'm trying to sleep.
