Shouldn't that be "African Americastanian" tea....or "People Of Color" tea?

Why is "people of color" so much better than "colored"?

Wouldn't know since I an not "people of color"..... which to me means I have no color therefore I must be clear....... like glass....... I actually made a statement to a group of "People of color" once. They were discussing an up coming meeting for "people of color" in the state office I worked in at the time. They all got invitations via e-mail. I then said, well I didn't get an invitation...therefore I can only assume that I have no color so I must be clear, like glass..... got quite a laugh...which surprised me...because right after I said it....I thought I might be getting quite a beating..... it just kind of slipped out.....

People of colour indicates that colour is something you have. Coloured indicates that you were deliberately altered. I believe the general response is "No one coloured me, I was born this way!"

Or you could be black, ie, absorbing all wavelengths so that no color is reflected at all.
White reflects every color, so it's all colors, ie, the most multi-cultural of all colors.
