I ask her a question, she doesn't answer it; I tell her my plans of look for work around LA but I still need help with getting the attention of potential employers and presenting myself as a "good fit," and the dumb ***** asks me if I want to close my voc rehab case.

Yes. But I don't see how that is relevant. Even private sector workers are a mixed bag of mixed results.

I had Lindt 99% Cocoa yesterday for the first time.... I didn't like it

That strong is most often just used for cooking. There's one vendor at our local farmer's market that has chocolate so good that I can eat 100% but even then it's not excellent to the tongue.

Sitting in the lobby at my therapist's office, I remembered I had quite the dream last night.
Someone, somewhere, I don't remember exactly how but I remember reading it, made an offer for a ton of money to go kill a few people. Because I had no connections with any of those people, I took up the offer and went and did it, in some city kind of far from here but not too far. And after I killed them (with a knife), it wasn't the thought that I killed people that bothered me, it was that if I made just one mistake, failed to cover just one track, I'd be in prison for a very long time, and as I was walking through this city to get back into my car, I was recalling everything to make sure all my tracks were indeed covered. The only thing off (I even made sure to not leave shoe prints and to make sure all my hair was very secure), that I knew even in my dream is something that was potentially a very huge mistake, was taking my own car, and though my car was a good ways from the crime scene, I became anxious the tire tracks may be used to pin it to me. But my dream ended before I found out if I got away with it or not.

Because my sister's second oldest son does not know how to use his brain, at all, ever, to make a long story short after drying off he used a towel that I used last night on the floor, a towel that would have had specs of cat liter on it and all sorts of good germies it picked up.

Typically, gov't workers don't care because they get paid the same whether they help you or not.

Psychiatrists and psychologists in the private sector want you to keep coming back so they can keep collecting your money, though, dont they? Doesn't that mean they are more likely to treat you better?

Speaking as a Government worker... you would be surprised how many of us actually do care... and how tired many of us get banging our head against the wall
