I need some more movies to watch. The only problem is is that I think 99% of all movies suck because they mostly feature stories that have been told a million times over, predictable plots, too many roles that are made and filled solely on sex appeal, too many roles that can use too many interchangeable actors and way too many crappy actors. If it's the first time I've ever watched a movie, it should not feel like the hundredth time I've watched it.

But please, snakes do not deserve such disrespect. Snakes do what they must to survive, lawyers are certified con-artists (but yet we still let a large group of them run our nation), and some of them are the worst scum our species has to offer.
During my recent wanderings of the web I stumbled across an old post on a right-wing message board that listed various organizations that they thought were (evil) socialists, decried their "attempts to subvert the American way of life", and called for all who participate or agree with the groups to shot, stoned, set on fire, or, alternatively, to be stripped of citizenship and then imprisoned for life.
Apparently only homicidal totalitarians (who demand their opposition to not only be silenced but to be killed) are capable of being "true Americans".
Scary stuff.

Goodness me, these people are completely nuts. The sad thing is that I've seen people like that too online... Not IRL fortunately.To be honest though, even if I just called them nuts, it's most likely a result of the environment they grew up in. Hearing the same propaganda repeated and that you're anti-American if you're X and Y or don't support Z... It's no wonder they're like that.
My kids never helped me.

My Church had a Independence Day program today. As a Navy veteran, I was allowed to kind of participate. They asked anyone who had ever served in the military to come forward, so I did. It was a humbling experience.
