Well to be honest, I am sure the dirt was much older... I just know it has been there for 12 years....well...it was there for 12 years...now its in a vacuum cleaner and down a drain too...

I had a client thank me for helping him rather than trying to change him like the other case managers who work with him. Which of course yes I took that as a wonderful compliment, as it shows I do that "respecting the individual" thing this POS company harps on about, but also an infuriating reminder that so many who work for this POS company aren't much different than a horde of "holier than thou" Abrahamics trying to impose their own personal values upon others.

IT is a circus - anyone who works in that area can confirm that. In the first ring, we have management that has no comprehension what is being done but is convinced that IT people are glorified and overpaid janitors who are slacking off. In the second ring we have a horde of people who KNOW that their particular itch is the most important itch in the world and thus needs IT to scratch it NOW. In the third ring are spouses and others who yell when the IT person is woken up at 3am for some idiotic problem that is thought to threaten the end of existence as we know it and thus must be solved right now. Or else.
And what is the end result when we retire?
