There's definitely a problem with the insurance I have from work, because if I dropped down to part time and could get back on HIP I'd come out ahead due to UMR covering pennies of the cost until the deductible is met. If I got the first anti depressants my doctor prescribed, combined with the pain reliever she prescribed, and if I got in to see my therapist as I should, that alone is about half of my monthly income. By the time I add in gas, I wouldn't have much left.

I was actually approved for short-term disability pay. Truly, I'm shocked. Last time I went on medical leave I lost my job over paperwork being lost somewhere in transit and I was notified of my lost job when I received COBRA paperwork in the mail saying I lost my job due to no fault of my own. But this time I'm getting paid?
