Look at these:

Completions and Commissioning Services | qedi

A - Commissioning System - WinPCS Project Completion Tracking and Handover Software

These are the ones I use. They allow you to track every single piece of information related to any predetermined set of data. For example, QEDI will allow you to arrange data by attaching metadata to each tag. So, I can call tag 'A' a car, transportation, and midpriced, while I can call tag 'B' a boat, transportation, and inexpensive. Then, anyone with access can use those terms to search the database and find what they need. A search for 'inexpensive' won't show 'A', but a search for transportation will show 'A' and 'B'. Like that. Get it? Boring!

Hmm, I think I get it. Actually, I like categorizing information, so it might not be too boring to me :D

Still plenty of time to think about it, though.
