I just found out within the last year that my husband thought Yosemite was pronounced like that.
He actually belived Yo-sem-ity and Yo-suh-might were two different places.
My husband is ultra smart, but I have to tell ya, that's one hunk of gold imma gonna keep rubbin' in his face for years to come.
And the bigger the audience, the better.

But me "hand fish'n" technique is more of a sporting style.

I know, right?? My husband is an air traffic controller. He's got more brains than what he knows what to do with.

I once put a bunch of papers in the puller tray of a photocopy machine where I work and pressed the copy button. So far so good... or it is? Well, I forgot to remove the staple.

If it wasn't for my Piccolo like extraordinary super duper hearing that I managed to hear papers break one after another with each pull (actually the whole office heard it) and stopped it, dunno what would have happened to the photocopier. What if the papers were originals?

Ever sense, I started using the flatbed scanner for originals or important papers.

House is now acceptably clean. Had to be done but also because I have a cat, anyone having one will know, there will be fur all over and one of the people we're having over is allergic so... Yeah.

Mother-in-law went back to China...I cleaned the kitchen...you would not believe the stuff I found in the cupboards.....and (ironically) the china cabinet was packed with cups and dishes.... not anymore

Crap. Power just went out. Called the power company and it may be out till tomorrow afternoon. Will need to fix dang generator as well. On the plus side, I'm down with living like it's the Walking Dead.
