When do they not surge when Americans are scared? Really, guns have become the "American security blanket."
I love you are not the problem is I've never known any different to be a film that I cannot ignore the ferry having a coffee and I will try to reply to you asap even on my phone but when I'm home I can give more thorough answers.

This is mostly a particular kind of scared, I'll bet....that they might become unavailable.
We have multiple flavors of people who don't give an issue
much thought until the news smacks'm in the snoot.....those
who want to ban'm...those who want to own'm.
The thing I hate about such news is the certain knowledge
that many strongly held over-reactions will emerge.
How many guns does someone need. 5? 10? 100? After a time, I'd think people would have enough of them. But maybe they're hiding them under the floor, burying them in the yard, putting them in the attic, putting pistols in the fridge?

Some of them at least believe a crap ton of high powered guns will save their dumb asses in the event the US government goes tyrant. Not one of them I've talked to has paid close enough attention to US military history to know what tactics have actually worked against the US military, and high tech conventional warfare definitely ain't been it.

*sigh* If only they realized if they secure they house they get to redistrict this time around. Name calling won't help them, but it can easily hurt them. It really doesn't matter if Trump wins or not if they can make it so they can easily win House elections over the next decade. They do that and the next Dem president can "De-Trump" things like Trump has "De-Obamad" things, and not have to worry as much about court appeals that Trump has filled with Conservative bungholes who let Christian symbols pass as "not promoting religion."

So, I really suck at the old Mortal Kombat games now. I used to be fairly good, especially ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, where I knew most of the special moves, stage fatalities, and a handful of regular fatalities and brutalities. But now I can only remember a few moves, no fatalities, and instead of the boss struggling against me I'm struggling against the first fight on easy.

Those are uses. But a surge in gun sales now? That was the point you ignored. Or are you claiming that many decided just by accident that this was the perfect time to take up the sport of skeet shooting?
As I have said..if guns were available here as they are in the US we would commit a mass suicide...
