Cats, much to most dog lovers disbelief, are actually much stronger and more agile, pound for pound, than dogs are. It is really mainly just the jaws of a dog one must worried about, but a cat, it can tear up a prey in many ways. When cats are pitted, one on one against a dog of equal, or many times even greater size, it is often the cat that gets the upper hand. Perhaps that is why cats get such an air of superiority about them
