I feel sorry him, because he couldn't have had any friends. One jackhole claimed to be a friend, but a friend would have noticed their absence. And the smell? What the hell? Are they so privileged in life they got to assume it was nothing and someone else take care of it, including reporting it?
I assume this college is attended by mostly terrible people.

On another page I post on apparently my anti-bacon rhetoric has offended a few that decided to get upset and come to the defense of their beloved bacon that I blasphemed... they appear to have taken it personally and decided I need to be put in my place and I should renounce my evil ways and join their church of the beloved bacon.....and it has left me thinking....."wow, just wow"

Clearly bacon has driven them over the line. I'm not surprised but sad that they've fallen so far.

In college? I once knew someone who decided to flunk out and stopped attending classes. The professors cared less. When finals came around he had second thoughts and tried studying. He got one "D" and the rest "F"s.

They confuse the Ls with the Rs and vice versa...so when they speak English is like Arabic....

I know.
When I was a freshman, tuition was a whopping $300/term.
By grad school, it was up to a mind boggling $450/term!

Yes, and I would tell you what transpired, but then I may have folks showing up at my door carrying torches and pitchforks yelling blasphemer.....and then the mauling would start and of course they would all blame me for the whole sorted mess....Because that is how Baconites are.

I went to a state college, and when my oldest headed off to college I noticed that the price of his books was more than my tuition. So yes, things have gone up considerably

Those who decide what a"credit score" is, they should be hanged until the number of credit cards you have is not considered a part of it. And hanged still until this bull**** number doesn't have so much an impact and influence on people's lives. And then a time machine invented so the jackasses who made credit scores to begin with can be impaled.

Wow. I was a returning adult basically Werken I went back, I took out extra grants and loan money to help get me by and it didn't cost me that much.

I started buying all my books online. It was considerably cheaper than even renting from the bookstore. And fortunately my teachers weren't really picky about what edition of a book you have asking as it's one or two editions from the current since there aren't any significant differences anyways. Anymore, text books are highway robbery.

I'd like to see a statue to the credit score inventor.
The concept goes back at least to before the Civil War
(Standard & Poor's). Businesses need ratings to
enable doing business with unfamiliar companies.
The same is needed when extending credit to
consumers.
My advice: Don't do things which harm one's credit.
This does take some investigation & planning,
especially regarding ownership of businesses &
real estate.
