I am honestly surprised that trick even works, where the police releasd a statement telling people the meth or whatever is laced and they can bring it in for testing. I guess at least I suppose people are concerned about the quality of the stuff they put into their body.

Btw when the first universities were founded....Italy was really messed up...restlessly conquered by foreigners...the South was contended between the Spanish and the French...
