That's what we call her. And I really miss her. There's an 8 year and gap between us, but she's the closest I've had to growing up with a sibling (sort of, anyways, because I've also been more heavily involved in raising her than an aunt normally would be), and we've always been pretty close.

The power company out here, PG&E, announced precautionary power outages to prevent another terrible fire due to weather conditions. They were supposed to do phase 2, around us, at noon today but have postponed it to 8pm.

8pm is great because we can drive into Berkeley to see a Dakha Braka concert at the Freight & Salvage..
