Gym...the best place to flirt with guys...:p
I find it great for keeping my muscles strong (it especially helps with my knee), and because when my mood is poor like it is now I channel all the negative emotions into my workout, take in and languish in the burn in my muscles (in more of a self-injurious way than a meathead way as I am slow and deliberate in my workouts to really make them burn when I get like this).

Dealing with momentary power blinks is much better than the brush fires breaking out a few miles away.

I'm going to eat dinner, and then start going back to the gym. Though, depending on if it's crowded or not, I might leave and go back later because my anxieties just aren't doing crowds today.

I went with the black membership, and I'm about to go to the gym and sit on a hydro message chair thingy afterwards.

So today I met a woman who's fond of me, who is just like me. Everything I look for......... but......

There's no chemistry.

Guess it turns out I want someone to rattle me up rather than soothe me.

That would be a scary place to watch Jaws.

My parents took me on a vacation there in 1973, before Jaws. Almost ended up living on the Cape at one point, would have been there for High School. And had a job offer as a mechanic on Nantucket in 1981.

the next day was cold and rainy, so we only waded in the surf for a few minutes before retreating. I recall it being a very lovely area. But that's been awhile ago...

It is a great area, but ironically there are many more great white shark sightings there now than there were then
