I find it great for keeping my muscles strong (it especially helps with my knee), and because when my mood is poor like it is now I channel all the negative emotions into my workout, take in and languish in the burn in my muscles (in more of a self-injurious way than a meathead way as I am slow and deliberate in my workouts to really make them burn when I get like this).Gym...the best place to flirt with guys...
