There are a lot of things, that are in our food, that are legal, because they are not considered food by the FDA, that are not good for us. Wood pulp is one of those things, however I am not sure of how eating copious amounts of wood pulp effects our health. Look at all the dyes, my youngest is allergic to Red Dye #40, it gives her a rash. However is gives some children behavioral disorders. And it is not jsut in foods that are red, it is a color preservative so it can be in anything. Oh, and it is illegal to use in Europe
