I had a doctor, an orthopedic surgeon, who started as an electrical engineer...then one day had a realization of how silly, and socially unacceptable, it was to be an engineer and went back to become a doctor

Someday...maybe the oldest will realize the folly of his Mechanical Engineering career choice and give it all up for something more useful and desirable...like riding the rails..or beat-nick poetry
