El Rey has a wide range of products.
The one I cited is my favorite. I buy
no others.

I dislike milk chocolate.
I loathe white chocolate...which is really sugary grease.

It's the taste....adequate, but not inspiring.
And 73.5% is the sweet spot of darkness for me.

The taste is why i pick chocolatiers who craft the chocolate by hand, they are an experience to savour. Lindt comes a poor second but it least it's chocolate.
