You heard me!
Well....you didn't.
You read me!
Actually, my post.
I inferred it's a brand of iron golf clubs. And why do they call them irons? Doing that seems as silly as that game.
But no. It has nothing to do with that day Jeremy spoke in class and unleashed his inner lion to beat up a group of kids teasing him, hitting one with surprise left that left the kid's jaw hanging.

They're called "irons" cuz they're not "woods"
(which have the problem with bear scat).

A putter is used for putting. This makes sense. Just as a sand wedge being used for when one is in the sand. But pitching wedge? A baseball pitcher pitches. A tent is pitched. Jokes involving you and Columbus have pitching. But a golf club? It's as silly as the game is itself.

I've been taught to sift, but never have learned the exact why and just assumed it had to do with the proper way of measuring it by volume, such as how brown sugar gets mushed and packed in to measure it.
Measuring by weight really isn't something we do here for recipes, so I've been curious about the flour.

Flour clumps sifting removes the lumps making it smoother. Take that from a farmers wife (my mom)

Ridiculous!
A pitcher is for holding water.
And no one waterproofs a tent with pitch anymore.
