I rebooted a linux vm because the system told me to. No ssh. Login through hyperv console, no ip address. Look at VM configs, all is well. Look on the internet and find obsolete information. Keep looking and find that in 18.04 dns changed. Look at the config file. Hmm. Compare it with another config file. AHA. Somehow the config file got populated when it should not have. Remove bogus lines. Activate and reboot. Now ssh works.

And I'm doing this just for love, not money.

I have no idea how to use Reddit.
It looks inscrutable.

Note:
This is not to criticize Reddit.
It's about my inadequacy.

I just ran across this video. Kind of funny.

I was called a Karen for asking people to back up from me.
This happened while I was in Indiana last month.
I still don't like the term. A Karen I know is German, and a pretty nice lady also.
I also used to work with a Karen. She was too nice and made herself into a stepping stone. She was also black, which just makes this "karen" thing seem weird when it's supposed to be a white lady we're picturing.
I prefer the good 'ole fashioned word "*****."

My first faux husband, a lesbian who wore less than the full makeup requirements for our race while LARPing, started talking to me again.
It seems really weird to me that she has asked me a bunch of times, even as I was moving here, if I'm into guys.

Apparently today is also "National Donor Day."
What breads and circuses are on the schedule tomorrow, I wonder?

Yeah, I'm not sure where or how "Karen" got to have the usage it currently has. I've also known a few nice Karens.
