care about their appearance....longish unkempt hair...out
of style clothing...chatting up staff about the advantates

For me, it's advantages not advantates. And it's about which Linux distro is better. The longish hair and the I'm retired and don't care clothing are fashionable in my play group.

People here are shocked and stunned when I tell them in Indiana I was written up at work a few times for my hair being too long. Apparently that would be illegal here.

Browsing over Shein I quickly remembered the only style of outfits I know how to put together are metal head, punk, or goth.
But I did find some shoes to go with my dress! It's on tue gothy side, and I need a shaw with it to cover m shoulders.

I don't see anymore of those abominations here than I do anywhere else. Probably because buns aren't fashion, they are a practical, quick fix sollution for holding hair back.
