Well it seems my brain is determined to not allow any sleep tonight, I'm bombarded with thoughts. I've been trying for the past 2 hours but no luck. Best thing to do is get up for a bit and try again later.

Also, another thing that's not helping matter is I'm having some heartburn, I suspect dairy... Went to the cinema last evening and got a coffee but forgot to ask if they has any soy milk. :/

Good luck! It sucks not being able to sleep. I was able to do it on this med I was put on, and I woke up refreshed and feeling great, but my depression got to be really bad.
So I'm back to struggling to fall to sleep and heavily interrupted sleep.
