Why do so many people think it's possible to overthink something? Everyone's who has ever told me I "over" think things, I think they are lazy when it comes to thinking. They need to think more.
I had to learn on the job from somebody who would say that any time I asked a question. Then I didn't know what to call it. Now I know it was gaslighting.

Possibly...or possibly jealous of Elon's child naming skills....I mean "X Æ A-12".....who wouldn't be
Can you imagine that kid having to fill in the bubbles for the name for a test at school? We don't even have the AE thingy anymore, and I doubt - will be found. And then the teasing.
Well now you did it....now Musk will buy all the rideshare companies and all the casinos in the world and email you at 2:00 am and tell you to work harder....and then shoot another Tesla into space
He's not an Indian so I am safe from him taking over poker/casinos.
Amd with work at home becoming a new norm, I may check to see what's out there. As long as I get stuff done it won't matter if I pee 20 times or don't do anything for 20 minutes because it hurts to sit down. My days of fatigue are still a concern though.

Say what, specifically? That you overthink things, or criticizing being told you overthink things?

I was a temp trying to understand the job they were telling me about, and when I asked questions such as "What if this" or "How do I do that" or "What is this for" they'd say I was overthinking it.

If it is any consolation, I never say things behind your back..... I always tell you straight to your face....ya fetid reprobate and notorious tractor fondler.
I know better.
Behind my back, in the most cowardly
& sneaky way, you sing my praises.

I'm starting to feel discriminated against for not having any credit cards or outstanding loans (other than student loans). But yet my efforts to improve my credit score (something needed for renting an apartment or securing a mortage) are thwarted by not having any lines of credit. Multiple sources I check all tell me I need to open up lines of credit and use it. But I don't want to. I don't want to borrow money unless I need to. And this being responsible is hurting me more than always getting myself into debt. And they even tell making payments on this needless debt will better my score, even though it will cost me more in the long run. And they'll even tell me getting a credit card amd paying it off every month is better than not having any at all? But why? That's more money I have to spend and more time I have to invest in paying bills.
This system needs to be turned into a human so it can be impaled.
